10 years of partnership with L’ENVOL, why is this unique?
In France, only 9% of companies are involved in corporate philanthropy. And when they do, it’s often for between 1 and 3 years. Mécénat Servier therefore proudly celebrated 10 years of partnership with L’ENVOL, a nonprofit that offers free holidays camps for children affected by serious illness and their families!
On Wednesday December 18, we celebrated an emblematic partnership in our philanthropic program: support for the L’ENVOL nonprofit organization.
In 2024, L’ENVOL reached 9,600 children and their families who benefited from the nonprofit’s activities (adapted medical stays, hospital workshops, recreational outings, etc.), and its work has been ongoing for almost 30 years.

Our collaboration with L’ENVOL is exemplary in more ways than one, for together we have launched innovative partnership programs:
- skills-based sponsorship, which enables employees to make a commitment to a nonprofit during their working hours. This program was launched at Servier and L’ENVOL in 2017, when very few companies were implementing it. Today, it’s still rare, as only 16% of corporate sponsors have such a program(1)!
And at Servier, over 10 years, 150 employees have been involved. Well done!

- The implementation of L’ARRONDI sur salaire (rounding down salary) also marked a milestone in 2019, as it was with L’ENVOL that this scheme was successfully launched.
- The implementation of solidarity seminars, enabling each of the structures to explore new modes of team collaboration and awareness-raising.
