Care is a core value at Servier, which we express through our efforts to safeguard the health of the most vulnerable populations and patients, along with taking care of each other with respect and consideration.

We invest in projects that provide concrete solutions to the needs of at-risk populations, with the aim of building a more inclusive and compassionate future. By forging long-term partnerships with nonprofits, we help to meet the essential needs of beneficiaries, while also strengthening social ties.

Snapshots

Seven years of solidarity with Planète Urgence

Since 2017, our partnership with Planète Urgence has given Servier employees the opportunity to go on volunteer missions during vacation leave to share their skills, support the development of local communities, and take part in protecting biodiversity and forests.

The Order of Malta steps up its commitment

Through grassroots initiatives, the Order of Malta endeavors to help those most in need in France and abroad. With our donation, the organization was able to purchase equipment to support both on-site and mobile medical services for disadvantaged people in four regions of mainland France and Polynesia.

IN BRIEF

FRANCE: Le Rocher Oasis des Cités provided outreach support to 540 people at the Bondy site and 850 people at the Les Mureaux site. Staff members and volunteers will live in disadvantaged neighborhoods to build trusting relationships with residents and provide support in three areas: education, parenting, and social, civic and professional integration.

Forgetting illness with L’ENVOL

Our partner for the last ten years, L’ENVOL is committed to helping sick children and their families regain confidence and energy. The nonprofit organizes vacation camps and activities that have benefited over 9,000 people in France. In 2024, our partnership helped L’ENVOL expand its activities to accommodate more children with serious illnesses and their families, and to broaden its expertise to include children with disabilities or multiple disabilities.

“These stays give my child the energy for everyday life.”

Improving access to heart surgery with La Chaîne de l’Espoir

Eleven-year-old Fatou underwent successful surgery for mitral valve insufficiency with support from Mécénat Servier and a Senegalese organization as part of the joint program with La Chaîne de l’Espoir to aid the Cuomo Cardiopaediatric Center (CCPC) in Dakar. Twenty of the 264 patients operated at the CCPC benefited directly from our support for their surgery.

IN BRIEF

FRANCE: Working with HANDI-CAP-PRÉVENTION, 16 Servier employees collected and sorted plastic bottle caps. Proceeds from the sale of these bottle caps to industrial recyclers were used to purchase and supply equipment to help two families with a disabled child face the challenges of day-to-day life.

2023-2024 Annual Report
